Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love everything you ordered! If you need to exchange / return an item(s), we are happy to help and make it an easy process.
- Returns are accepted within 15 days from date of delivery.
- Garments must be in their original, unworn condition. Please make sure to include the items with their original packaging if applicable.
- We offer FREE EXCHANGES and FREE RETURNS to Store Credit. Returns to Payment Method are subject to a restocking fee.
- Our Returns Center offers pre-paid labels to help ship your item(s) back to our facility.
- We do not take back any worn, washed or damaged merchandise including, but not limited to, makeup, stains, smell, excessive animal/human hair, fuzz, lint, etc.
- Based on available inventory: when sending items back for exchange, you may try a new color or size or even a different style of equal or lesser value. We will be in contact with you during this process to make it as simple as possible.
- When returning an order, you may use any shipping carrier of your choice. We are glad to recommend carriers based on pricing. Customers are responsible for return / exchange shipping; Titan is responsible for final exchange shipping costs.
- When using your own label please make sure to include your RMA authorization form with your package. This form is automatically created in our system when you start your return. If you need assistance locating this form, please email us at [email protected]
- To return / exchange items from your order and to generate your RMA/return label, go to our returns section or simply CLICK HERE.
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your return from the day we receive it.
- All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are tagged OVERSTOCK.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your package's journey from our warehouse to your specified delivery address. Tracking information helps you stay informed about the estimated delivery date and provides real-time updates on the whereabouts of your package.
Possible Delays:
While we strive to deliver your activewear in a timely manner, please be aware that major holidays and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays in the delivery process. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are committed to resolving any issues promptly should they arise.
Pre-Orders:
For certain products, we offer the option to pre-order. Pre-order items are in high demand and may require additional time to manufacture or restock. Please note that pre-orders typically take up to 14 business days to ship unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to communicate any changes or updates regarding pre-orders to ensure transparency throughout the process.

We want to ensure that you have full visibility into the status and location of your activewear order. To keep you informed throughout the process, we provide order tracking information via email.
Checking Order Status: To check the status of your order, simply open the order confirmation email and click on the provided link. This link will direct you to a page where you can view the current status of your order. Please note that it may take a short period of time for the tracking information to be available after placing your order.
Shipment Tracking Email: As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a follow-up email containing shipment tracking information. This email will include a tracking number and a link that allows you to track the progress of your shipment.
Using the Shipment Tracking Information: Clicking on the tracking link provided in the email will redirect you to the carrier's website or a dedicated tracking portal. There, you can enter the tracking number to view real-time updates on the whereabouts of your package. This tracking information enables you to stay informed about the estimated delivery date and monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches your specified delivery address.
Please note that it may take a short period of time for the tracking information to become available after you receive the shipment tracking email. This delay is due to the carriers' systems updating and processing the shipment information.

We highly recommend opting for Order Insurance to safeguard your purchase against potential risks such as lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. When reviewing the items in your cart on the checkout page, you will have the option to toggle the insurance ON. We encourage you to select this option to protect your shipment. The cost of the insurance will be clearly indicated before you finalize your purchase.

3. Coverage for damaged shipments: In case your activewear arrives in a damaged condition due to mishandling during shipping, the insurance ensures that you can obtain a replacement or a refund for the damaged items.
Claiming Insurance:
If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as loss, theft, or damage, please file a claim HERE.
Please note that claims for Order Insurance must be reported within a specific timeframe. Our customer support team will provide you with all the relevant information and assist you in navigating the claims process efficiently.
If you feel that USPS / UPS / DHL has lost your order, you may file a claim HERE. You will have the option to REORDER, or receive a REFUND for your purchase.
Shipping cost: The shipping cost is determined by the weight of the order and the destination location. For orders exceeding $99+ domestically or $200+ internationally, we offer FREE shipping.
Destinations: We offer shipping services to a wide range of destinations across the globe. Currently, our shipping coverage includes North America (United States, Canada, Mexico), Asia (South Korea, Japan, Singapore), Europe (most countries within the continent), and Oceania (Australia, New Zealand).
International Customs: Please note that import duties and taxes are levied by the destination country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are imposed upon the package's arrival in the destination country, and it is the recipient's obligation to settle them. Kindly understand that we have no control over these charges as they are determined by the customs policies and regulations of each individual country.
Package was Returned to Sender: In the event that your package is returned to us, we are more than happy to facilitate the reshipment at no additional expense to you. We get it—sometimes orders hit a roadblock and end up being undeliverable. We've got your back with our reshipping policy!
1. Undeliverable Orders:
Undeliverable orders can happen due to address issues, delivery mishaps, or just plain ol' bad luck. We've got a solution to get your order back on track and headed your way.
2. How to Get Your Order Reshipped:

Let us know that your order was returned to us as undeliverable. We'll jump into action and guide you through the process. We'll ask you for an updated and accurate shipping address. Once we have that, we'll get your order ready for reshipment.
3. Reshipment:
We know time is of the essence. After we sort out the reshipment details, please allow 3 business days for our team to reship your order.
Note: Reshipping international orders are subject to a fee to cover the cost of shipping.

90 DAY WARRANTY
Thank you for shopping at Titan! We take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure your complete satisfaction. To demonstrate our commitment to your happiness, we offer a 90-day warranty on all our items. Please familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of our warranty policy outlined below:
1. Coverage:
Our 90-day warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues that arise during normal use of our activewear. This includes problems with stitching, fabric defects, or faulty materials that affect the performance or functionality of the product. The 90-day term begins on the date of delivery.
2. Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or alterations. Additionally, the warranty does not extend to products that have been purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers. Items marked as FINAL SALE, or items that are purchased during a major sales event tagged with FINAL SALE are excluded from this warranty policy.
3. Warranty Claim Process:
Should you encounter any issues with your activewear within 90 days of the delivery date, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:
a. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to report the issue and provide your order number (i.e: #TC-00000) along with a photo of the item(s) showing the defect / damage.
b. Our customer support representative will guide you through the necessary steps and provide any additional instructions or forms required for the warranty claim.
c. Once your claim is received and approved, we will either ship a new item, replace it with an equivalent product, or offer store credit at our discretion.
4. Return and Shipping:
If a return is necessary for a warranty claim, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return shipment. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.
5. Limitations:
Our 90-day warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty does not cover any costs associated with shipping, duties, or taxes. We reserve the right to determine if a warranty claim is valid and may request additional information or evidence, if necessary.
