We hope you love everything you ordered! If you need to exchange / return an item(s), we are happy to help and make it an easy process.


  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from date of delivery.
  • Garments must be in their original, unworn condition. Please make sure to include the items with their original packaging if applicable.
  • We offer FREE EXCHANGES and FREE RETURNS to Store Credit. Returns to Payment Method are subject to a restocking fee. 
  • Our Returns Center offers pre-paid labels to help ship your item(s) back to our facility.
  • We do not take back any worn, washed or damaged merchandise including, but not limited to, makeup, stains, smell, excessive animal/human hair, fuzz, lint, etc.
  • Based on available inventory: when sending items back for exchange, you may try a new color or size or even a different style of equal or lesser value. We will be in contact with you during this process to make it as simple as possible.
  • When returning an order, you may use any shipping carrier of your choice. We are glad to recommend carriers based on pricing. Customers are responsible for return / exchange shipping; Titan is responsible for final exchange shipping costs.
  • When using your own label please make sure to include your RMA authorization form with your package. This form is automatically created in our system when you start your return. If you need assistance locating this form, please email us at [email protected]
  • To return / exchange items from your order and to generate your RMA/return label, go to our returns section or simply CLICK HERE.
  • Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your return from the day we receive it.
  • All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are tagged OVERSTOCK.
