90 DAY WARRANTY

Thank you for shopping at Titan! We take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure your complete satisfaction. To demonstrate our commitment to your happiness, we offer a 90-day warranty on all our items. Please familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of our warranty policy outlined below:

1. Coverage:

   Our 90-day warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues that arise during normal use of our activewear. This includes problems with stitching, fabric defects, or faulty materials that affect the performance or functionality of the product. The 90-day term begins on the date of delivery.

2. Exclusions:

   The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or alterations. Additionally, the warranty does not extend to products that have been purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers. Items marked as FINAL SALE, or items that are purchased during a major sales event tagged with FINAL SALE are excluded from this warranty policy.

3. Warranty Claim Process:

   Should you encounter any issues with your activewear within 90 days of the delivery date, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

   a. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to report the issue and provide your order number (i.e: #TC-00000) along with a photo of the item(s) showing the defect / damage.

   b. Our customer support representative will guide you through the necessary steps and provide any additional instructions or forms required for the warranty claim.

   c. Once your claim is received and approved, we will either ship a new item, replace it with an equivalent product, or offer store credit at our discretion.

4. Return and Shipping:

   If a return is necessary for a warranty claim, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return shipment. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.

5. Limitations:

   Our 90-day warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty does not cover any costs associated with shipping, duties, or taxes. We reserve the right to determine if a warranty claim is valid and may request additional information or evidence, if necessary.
