What if my package is being returned to sender?Updated a year ago

1. Undeliverable Orders: 

Undeliverable orders can happen due to address issues, delivery mishaps, or just plain ol' bad luck. We've got a solution to get your order back on track and headed your way.

2. How to Get Your Order Reshipped:

Reach out to our customer support team by emailing us at [email protected].

Let us know that your order was returned to us as undeliverable. We'll jump into action and guide you through the process. We'll ask you for an updated and accurate shipping address. Once we have that, we'll get your order ready for reshipment.

3. Reshipment: 

We know time is of the essence. After we sort out the reshipment details, please allow 3 business days for our team to reship your order. 

Note: Reshipping international orders are subject to a fee to cover the cost of shipping.
